Shipping policy

All in stock orders ship within 3 business days. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

Shipping of made-to-order items: out of stock or made to order items have a lead time before dispatch is approximately four weeks. This is because all of our products are handmade and hand-painted.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact melissa@ememc.co.za

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

Orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped.

We will not replace orders that has been misplaced due to theft. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the courier.

We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
